SHARPENING CHISELS

This is a class provided to show NCWA members the proper way to sharpen shop chisels and plane irons. The importance of grinding wheel dressing will be explained and demonstrated.
Please bring at least a 1/2″ wide chisel(s), your sharpening stones or other sharpening equipment that you use. Full face shields are mandatory.
The instructor will bring sandpaper fastened to glass.
Coffee, tea and water will be provided. If you want snacks or a lunch, please provide your own.
