Baby Crib

Wood: Maple, both straight grained and figured

Finish:3 coats oil varnish, final burnish
using 0000 steel wool

Comments:
My own design using maple from Jake Strauss. Contains 92 mortises & tenons done with a Leigh FMT mortise & tenon jig. Crib hardware and springs from Rockler.

Gazebo

Wood:
Western Red Cedar, tight knot for structural components and clear grain for all finish components such as lattice, post wrap, railings.

Finish:
None....will weather to silver gray over time.

Comments:
Gazebo is 14' wide (flat to flat) and was custom designed and built for a Bellingham client. Cedar shingle roof w/ copper top cap and ridge covers. All lattice is lap jointed. Installed with poured concrete footings and a bluestone floor. All parts were prefabricated in shop prior to assembly on site.
