LEARNING TO USE HANDTOOLS

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR NEW WOODWORKERS

Working with hand tools and understanding their use is a fundamental skill that is helpful in any facet of woodworking. The class will cover sharpening & tuning of your hand tools (bench planes, chisels, cabinet and card scrapers, proper technique, and doing small projects to practice these skills.
Come with your own hand tools or come empty handed & Mark will provide them for the class. You should also bring a lunch!
THIS IS A HANDS-ON CLASS. PLEASE BRING BREATHING, VISION & HEARING PROTECTION EQUIPMENT.
