On Saturday, July 9th at 1PM we will visit Jim’s shop to view his turnings, his hand-made tools, and his amazing land speed record car currently under construction.

From the west, and from Burlington, Mount Vernon and Bellingham, take I5 to the Bow Hill exit, exit 236. Turn east and at the bottom of the hill cross Old 99 onto Prairie Road. (Bow Hill Road becomes Prairie Road on the east side of Old 99.) Drive 5.7 miles to Jim\'s place on the right.
From the east, and Sedro Woolley; drive north on Hwy 9 from Hwy 20 5.7 miles and turn left onto Prairie Road. Drive 2.01 miles to Jim\'s shop, on the left. Jim\'s house and shop are red. The shop has a new addition on the side.
There’s plenty of parking, but it’s a long way, and given gas prices, you may want to car-pool.
